Dealership included a couple of extra incentives to seal the deal. The financial clerk was bad, very bad. She had to be related to the dealership's owner. Don't want to elaborate but make sure you know and understand the financial documents as she did not and did a lousy job of attempting to explain the 10+ lease documents. Her gum chewing was annoying! More

A surprising pleasure :) I have bought many cars through the years and have had both good and bad experiences. A few weeks ago I contacted Paul Sarp via email about a car and he did a tremendous job promptly responding and staying in touch with me. He was never pushy and I appreciated that he would touch base to see how I was making out with a purchase. I finally talked my husband to stop by and test drive the car and could not believe it was Paul who came out to greet us! Needless to say, it was Paul's attention and mannerism that helped in our decision making on staying there for our car purchase :) He made the purchase easy, no hassle, and a pleasure.
