All of the other dealers weren't the best experience, some (most) were even dismal. I am a car enthusiast, I was absolutely sick of going to car dealers where I knew more than the sales rep. Nearly all of the dealers knew absolutely nothing about cars, let alone the car they were trying to sell me. I am in sales as well and in what world does not knowing your product help you make a sale? Moreover, dealers like to act like they are "bottom line" pricing, but don't let into the hype, they aren't. The experience could not be more different with Rudie Policz and Kenny Ross Mazda. Rudie knew everything that he needed to and explained it in an extremely professional yet fun way. He had the exact car I wanted and everything was smooth as silk. Seriously, Rudie was excellent.
