Fantastic Review! I have been recently kicking around the idea of getting a car; however, I was still uncertain as to if I wanted to buy a new vehicle or not. I went to several dealerships and was not even greeted by a salesman. Kenny Ross was an exception as I had a salesman within seconds. Samantha Mutich greeted me and welcomed me. She was very nicely dressed and friendly. She asked me what I was interested in and I told her that I was just looking around. She walked around the lot with me, showing me different vehicles and explaining their features. She was honest with me with all of the features. I fell in love with a Mazda CX-5. The funny thing was, prior to that day, I never would have considered a Mazda. I ended up sitting down with Samantha Mutich talk numbers. She offered me MORE THAN I expected for a trade in--I could not resist the amazing offer.She also offered me a very affordable prize on my vehicle. She was incredibly friendly and an amazing seller. Kenny Ross will be the ONLY place I buy cars from now!!! More

Excellent sales experience I'm not a fan of the car buying experience. The inevitable back and forth in an attempt to arrive at what is hoped to be a fair price. No pressure, great experience, customer for life! We were looking for a Manual Transmission/Mazda 3 or 6 and had not purchased a brand new car for at least 10 years. I called several dealers at first and settled on Kenny Ross. In the past, my experiences had been stressful and unpleasant as I always felt rushed to make a decision. I took my two small boys with me to test drive the car on a Saturday afternoon. Joe met us in the parking lot and had the car sitting there ready to go. No waiting, which is great with little ones. The Mazda 6 is a great car for the price. For a family of 4, the Mazda 3 is a little small so I did not test drive it. As other reviewers mentioned, the offer sheets were very simple to read and understand. At first, we were looking to buy, but Joe asked if we had ever considered leasing, and after reviewing that offer sheet, we went with the lease. He was very responsive when I would call or text. I can't express the ease and almost effortlessness of this experience. In two days, we drove the car off of the lot. We are so appreciative and love the car. Excellent and easy experience It was my first time leasing, I had done a lot of research and was looking for something with a high residual that made sense. I went to several other dealerships and they tried to get tricky with numbers and make deals happen that weren't there. Joe was very direct and matter-of-fact. I was looking for a CX-3, but he made a case that the CX-5 more accurately fit my specifications. After test driving both, I did really like the CX-5 and Joe got me a great lease deal. It was such a great experience that I suggested my dad take a look and he ended up leasing a CX-5 as well. We're both thrilled with our leases and had a great experience. We were in and out of the dealership, he didn't make us wait a ton of time while running numbers and told us everything we needed to know to make a decision. The offer sheet was very simple to understand and everything was plain and direct - I have grown to appreciate that aspect immensely. Additionally, Dave was very warm and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I can't recommend this dealership enough. More
