During the test drive, Rudie asked lots about what we wanted from the car and quickly realised that a Mazda 3 would suit us better. He immediately took us out in another car and he was right - it was just what we wanted. He was happy to quote prices for various trim and finance options and gave written quotations for us to think about. We were very impressed by his empathetic salesmanship, and he was determined to get us a good price. He also made helpful comments on the competing cars we were considering, and even admitted that the competition scored highly in some areas. Rudie was knowledgeable, reliable and straightforward to deal with. We came away thinking we'd give him six stars if we could. The only real negative was the hard sell on the paint protection and extended warranty packages after we had agreed the sale. We just wanted to complete the paperwork and drive home in our new car. Oh, and they hadn't told us what paperwork we needed so we had to overnight a document. Then the problem. I went out to the car the next morning and the key symbol on the dash was red with a line through it. I looked it up in the book. Flat battery it said. I looked further and realised it was different to the other key. I phoned and explained (no, it's not a flat battery, it's a different key). I sent him a picture of the two different keys. One is the wrong key, he said. They tried to find the right one and eventually texted my husband (not me) that we'd have to take the car in to have a new key, even though the key had a tag with a number for a replacement. He was unclear why. So now I have a journey of an hour each way plus a half hour wait. Rudie told us three times that this has only happened twice which begs the question why they didn't put in some failsafe system after the first time. Knowing everyone else has a satisfactory experience doesn't help. More

A Wonderful Experience I knew I wanted a Mazda CX-5 because of all the research I did last year. However, I still wasn't convinced and looked into several other dealerships I knew I wanted a Mazda CX-5 because of all the research I did last year. However, I still wasn't convinced and looked into several other dealerships and vehicles. No one compared to Kenny Ross in Irwin. Joe Woleslagle, my salesman, couldn't have been greater. He made buying a new car fun! From the moment I met him, he was professional, personable, and on point with meeting my car needs. Dave had Joe's back and allowed me to land, what I believe, to be the deal of a car buyer's life time. Darrel, in finance, interviewed me and kept the lines of communication open while narrowing down the exact financing I hoped for. Wendy was there for the paperwork and she couldn't have been more thorough or friendlier. Dave, Joe, Darrel, Wendy - I can't say enough good things about the entire gang. I love my CX-5, my dog loves my CX-5 and my neighbor's dog loves my CX-5 - we are all sitting pretty on our way to the dog park. Thank you Kenny Ross - Joe and Dave especially.
