Relaxed Car Buying Experience I really couldn't have asked for more from my experience at Kenny Ross. I greatly appreciated the fact that the original price I was quoted was far below that of other dealers I had contacted and that it was indeed their best offer and they didn't start out higher and make me haggle over it. I felt absolutely no pressure and felt I was being treated very fairly, which made the overall experience a great one. Normally when I walk into a dealership I immediately feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and hope they can get away with charging me more than they have to, but I felt zero of that here. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and that I got a great price for my trade-in. I also enjoyed chatting with David and was glad he took the time to share some fun Mazda facts. Saw the car on the website and emailed Joe Woleslagle for the internet price. He responded very quickly with a great price. Drove up there to see the car and told him i wanted to think about it overnight,again, no pressure. He called me the next day to tell me what they would pay for my trade-in and i told him to start the paperwork.Picked up my new car that evening. Joe was great to deal with,informative and friendly.
