Friendly helpful and upfront buying experience I contacted various dealerships about pricing on a variety of vehicles but Rudie Policz at Kenny Ross Mazda was the only salesperson to not make me f I contacted various dealerships about pricing on a variety of vehicles but Rudie Policz at Kenny Ross Mazda was the only salesperson to not make me feel rushed, or as if I was wasting their time by making inquiries over the phone. I was offered a great upfront price for both my trade in and the new vehicle. The staff were very accommodating despite my situation of having to wait a month before I could make the purchase. They held the new car, did what they could to keep pricing as low as possible and didn't rush me into making the purchase early. I would definitely recommend Kenny Ross Mazda for anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. More

He was honest and reliable an always timely in getting the answers I needed. Usually when buying a new car in my experiences , there is always a 'surprise' when finalizing the deal. Something that was not revealed that either cost me more money or I wasn't happy about. There was none of that this time. Honest straightforward, caring is what provides excellent customer service and that is what I got. Joe has followed up with me many times in the past week too see if I have had any issues or questions about my new car. That goes a long way.
