Upon reading the negative reviews for this dealership I am confused concerning them. I have purchased 2 new Ford Escapes and I feel like I am family with the salesperson and the mechanics, especially Jeoff am confused concerning them. Have a serious safety issue with the steering on my f 150. They told me they test drove it and could not find a problem. I checked the mileage and they drove it less than 1 mile.
