Do not take your car to be serviced there. They had my vehicle for three days before calling to tell me what was wrong and they still had to order parts. Upon reading the negative reviews for this dealership I am confused concerning them. I have purchased 2 new Ford Escapes and I feel like I am family with the salesperson and the mechanics, especially Jeoff am confused concerning them. Have a serious safety issue with the steering on my f 150. They told me they test drove it and could not find a problem. I checked the mileage and they drove it less than 1 mile.
