They work hard, but I felt that I knew the vehicles better than they did. A salesman that was working with another customer seemed pretty cocky when his customer wasn't around, but others in the showr better than they did. He's nowhere near as smart as he was acting and was much more concerned about making a sale than doing right by the customer. That was unprofessional and off-putting to others in the showroom.
