Took six day to complete I can understand how it could take some time but I was not kept up to date on service had to keep calling back with no response back or call backs did not even get a loaner I had take some time but I was not kept up to date on service had to keep calling back with no response back or call backs did not even get a loaner I had a warranty should of had a loaner after two days I am not saying one bad experience reflects on the whole service center Shannon was very helpful to get answers for me and find out what was going on.
