Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Kept my care all day and nothing done. Bought cars for over 15 years and to be treated the way I was is unacceptable. They sale you a car and when it comes to service, they forget about you. I always took my car to Keny Ross for everything. I went another Ford garage and my service was done immediately. I will never buy another car from this dealership nor will my husband. They never answer their phones or call you back. I am done with them. More

This has by far been the best experience I have had with the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. I did not feel like I was being pr the service department in the past few years. My service advisor Scott was very efficient, timely and courteous. I did not feel like I was being pressured into making repairs that were not immediately necessary as I have been in the past. Love the new system (2nd day being used) that informed me my car was checked in and got a diagnostic report via text. LOVE the new communication, I will be requesting Scott as my service advisor going forward. I have 4 ford cars so I use the service department often! More
