Service department is disorganized. Receive 3 to 5 sales texts, emails and calls per week. I actually did want to purchase another vehicle here and the sales department wouldn't even Receive 3 to 5 sales texts, emails and calls per week. I actually did want to purchase another vehicle here and the sales department wouldn't even consider a reasonable offer. Vehicle is still sitting on the lot 45 days later. Will not even attempt another purchase or service appointment with this outfit. More

The customer service was absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional. The secretary who would not give her name called me a xxxxing xxxxxxx and was yelling when I was not. Whenever I asked for extremely unprofessional. The secretary who would not give her name called me a xxxxing xxxxxxx and was yelling when I was not. Whenever I asked for the manager she stomped away and yelled like a little child. Gary was also extremely unprofessional and was shoving his hand in the face of the person who was trying to pay and he was also yelling. I will never let anyone I know ever come to this place to have anything done on their car. It was an embarrassment. More
