My experience was so great that nine months later my brother was looking for a car. He stopped at Kenny Ross Ford to check out what they offered and ended up driving out of there with a brand new Ford Focus. A month later my father was looking for a vehicle and ended up buying a brand new Ford Fiesta. With all of our experiences at Kenny Ross Ford, not only is Larry Parker a great sales representative, the entire staff throughout the process helped my family adjust what was needed to leave with new cars. I have also had my car serviced from Kenny Ross Ford and every time my expectations are met. Kenny Ross Ford is a dealership that has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Johnny was a excellent salesmen. He went over and above his call to duty. It made buying a truck a pleasant experience. We traveled from Johnstown to look at a specific car, a 2002 Lincoln LS. When we entered the lot we encountered Donny Alexander and asked about the Lincoln. He assisted us and told us everything about the automobile. Next Ben Scott did everything possible, and succeeded, in fitting our financial situation into the needs to finance the vehicle. Jim Vacha completed our transaction and explained all the terms of our loan and the warranty. We feel we got an excellent deal on a beautiful pre-owned car with low miles. The car looks like it just drove off the showroom floor! Hats off to Kenny Ross Ford, Donny Alexander, Ben Scott and Jim Vacha. Oh yeah, free inspections for life and our first oil change is on them! We have been buying our cars from Johnny "Cash" McCafferty for many years, 10 at least, all the way back to his Norwin days...I love his unique style. We bought the 2012 Ford Focus and I am so pleased. I looked on line for a used vehicle after hours. Anthony emailed me back very quickly and let me know that they were closed and he would get back to me during business hours. He phoned me the next day and emailed me back very quickly and let me know that they were closed and he would get back to me during business hours. He phoned me the next day and we discussed what I was looking for in a used car. I told him what price range and he went way above and beyond to help me. He even found a vehicle at another Kenny Ross dealership and took me there to meet another sales team member. He checked back several times to make sure everything was going smoothly after I decided to purchase the car we saw on line. Being in sales myself and understanding the way things work, it was great to work with Anthony who did everything possible to get me something even though it was not a big sale. John Ca$h is the main reason for my review. He makes buying a new car fun and exciting. It was really no hassel and I did not feel that I was getting ping ponged around. The sales manager worked with us buying a new car fun and exciting. It was really no hassel and I did not feel that I was getting ping ponged around. The sales manager worked with us and I really feel that I was treated very fair and honestly. Financing went smooth and really whole deal was outstanding. My wife and I stopped to “look” at 2011 Rangers. When we walked through the door we met John “Cash” McCafferty. He is a very energetic friendly person and “not” pushy which we found very refreshing. We feel he went above and beyond what we expected any person would do to help us find the model, color, options, etc. on the vehicle we wanted. After John located the vehicle we wanted, Jay Marcusfield was very instrumental in acquiring the vehicle for us. Three days after we had taken delivery of our Ranger, we were surprised by a call from John asking if we were enjoying the truck, if we had any questions, and if there was anything else he could do for us. The whole process was an enjoyable experience thanks to John McCafferty. More
