I had a 2007 Ford Escape and was interested in upgrading to the 2013 Escape. I stopped by Kenny Ross in April and met with Bob Wally, who introduced me to John "Cash" McCafferty. Over the next few months, to the 2013 Escape. I stopped by Kenny Ross in April and met with Bob Wally, who introduced me to John "Cash" McCafferty. Over the next few months, John kept in touch with me and he assured me he would call me as soon as one became available. True to his word, he called me immediately when they received one on July 3. I was on vacation but drove back to see the car. This was the first 2013 Escape Johnny Cash had seen but he knew a little bit about the car. By the time I decided to purchase the vehicle (the next day), he read the entire manual and was able to give me a complete and thorough overview. He was enthusiastic and knowedgable. I left the dealership feeling satisfied and very excited about my new purchase. Bob Wally (General Manager), Johnny Cash and Jim Vacha (Business Manager) made the entire experience a pleasure. Previous new car purchases at other dealerships left me feeling like I was taken advantage of and pressured. I left Kenny Ross Ford feeling excited and satisfied that I got the best deal and the best customer service possible. I would absolutely recommend Kenny Ross Ford and John "Cash" McCafferty to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. More

We bought a new 150 and we've been quite pleased so far with all we've contacted. We liked working with "Ziggy" right away. Had it not been for "Ziggy" and then a follow up call by Jay, we would have mis with all we've contacted. We liked working with "Ziggy" right away. Had it not been for "Ziggy" and then a follow up call by Jay, we would have missed out on the Kenny Ross Ford Adamsburg experience. Literally, we were enroute to another Ford dealership, when renewed communications developed. They are prompt with call backs and we noticed they all worked as a team. From Sales to Service, all greet us with a hello and ask how to assist us. We even liked the gentleman, Joe(?), with whom we signed paperwork. We observed them being direct and up front and with our busy schedules, we appreciated their efforts. To further demonstrate their team play at this dealership, be advised that they BBQ on Saturdays for lunch for themselves and their guests (customers) It is quite tasty. This little extra effort just helps us out by not having to stop enroute to our next destination while on a time sensitive Saturday schedule. We are new customers, quite pleased to date and look forward to an ongoing business relationship with this dealership. Thanks for allowing us this venue to share our opinions. More
I visited the dealership recently to discuss the prospect of leasing a Ford vehicle. John Ca$h McCafferty presented three Ford models to my wife and I. John took his time and explained every aspect of each model so that my wife and I could make an infomed decision. After John finished his presentation, he allowed my wife and I some time together to come to an agreement on a Ford Escape. John showed us the models he had on the lot and explained that if the ones on the lot did not meet our wants, he may be able to find what we wanted through another dealer. We took John's company car for a test ride, and John continued to cover all the aspects of the Sync system. I called John the next day to discuss the cost of leasing an Escape. John took the time to "run" the numbers on a "bare bones" XLT, so I could get a handle on the cost of leasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, it became apparent that no matter what the cost, I would not be happy parting with my Edge, (BTW; John sold the Edge to me 2 years earlier). I just want to say that John is very knowledgeable about the products the he sells, and takes the time to answer any question or concern. Although this deal did not work out, when it does come time to part with my Edge, I will go call on John McCafferty to buy or lease my next vehicle. More
I purchased a brand new Ford Focus in November 2011. I recently received a notice for a recall. Ford seems to be very proactive about keeping it's owners informed. He picked up my care at my place of employ, which is near the dealership and returned it when they were done, and he washed it for me. This is not the first care I've purchased from John and it won't be the last. More
I purchased a 2012 Ford Transit Connect Wagon Premium XLT from John "Cash" McCaff erty. I have never dealt with a salesperson before that was so informative of the product, respectful, and friendly. He actually made me feel like we were purchasing this vehicle together, making sure I got the correct automobile for my needs, and getting me the best price within my budget. He was always available when I came to see him before I made my final purchase. He worked very hard to find me the Transit Connect that I wanted with the options I picked out. He made a dealer trade from a different state just so I got exactly what I wanted. I also bought the extended warranty that he suggested. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with all the hard effort he put into this sale. He even sent me a personal thank you card, which I thought was very heartwarming. I am amazed that this man does not have his own dealership. He can be a mentor to many, and a leader to all. More

We just moved to Irwin from Elizabeth.. Didn't get time to change my address...We went to buy a car for my daughter at Kenny Ross , I told them we don't live in allegheny county anymore they said we have to change my address...We went to buy a car for my daughter at Kenny Ross , I told them we don't live in allegheny county anymore they said we have to go by what is in your drivers licenses.. So I paid an extra 1%. A week later we go back to buy my son a truck.. We took in a 2007 Subaru legacy in like new condition and they tried to give us 9000.00 for it... We left there and went to Washington ford.. They offered us 14000 for the Subaru and when I told the sales guy that I didnt get to change my address yet he said no problem I can change it on the Internet, he got in the website and it took him about 2 minutes. I didnt know you could change it online , that shows you that Kenny Ross ford couldn't care less about you.. I am very impressed with Washington ford, I will make the 45 min drive to go back there over the 3 min drive to Kenny Ross. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than Kenny Ross. More

In the end I got a car that was exactly what I was looking for currently. The interest rate was a little high for my liking, but I understood due to previous credit history. I would definitely recommend the dealership for future business and look forward to coming back in the future. More
