Words alone cannot express how amazing my experience was with this dealership. From the manager to the salesman, to the funny finance guy, I had wonderful service and was treated like family. I was not trea with this dealership. From the manager to the salesman, to the funny finance guy, I had wonderful service and was treated like family. I was not treated like a number or a mere customer. I felt that they truly had my interest at heart and took care of me like a family member. As a single mother who has had many hardships, I was terrified to take out another loan, worrying about the amount that I could afford. They worked with me to find me a new vehicle that I could afford and feel comfortable with. The manager, John, is a warm, friendly, Christian man who makes you feel at home as soon as you meet him. My salesman, Brian Smoody, was down to earth, knowledgable, and worked hard to find me a good deal. The finance man (I'm forgetting his name) was hilarious. We had a good time cracking jokes. He was amazing and quick with the paperwork. I will be coming here for years to come as long as these gentlemen are here. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
Upon reading the negative reviews for this dealership I am confused concerning them. I have purchased 2 new Ford Escapes and I feel like I am family with the salesperson and the mechanics, especially Jeoff am confused concerning them. I have purchased 2 new Ford Escapes and I feel like I am family with the salesperson and the mechanics, especially Jeoff. During the pandemic they picked up my car and dropped it off for me so I could stay safe. I rate them a 5 Starr. You can't make everyone happy all the time, but Kenny Ross tries their hardest More
Purchased a used Toyota highlander. Had weird brake issues from day 1. Scheduled maintenance at kenny ross and was told it was already serviced and they just didn't reset the computer. Brakes still t issues from day 1. Scheduled maintenance at kenny ross and was told it was already serviced and they just didn't reset the computer. Brakes still thumping took to Toyota dealer and the rotors were warped beyond repair. Was told the vehicle should have never been sold like that even if it was AS IS. So obviously their service dept just overlooked a major brake issue and sold the vehicle. After calling there I was told their service dept would never overlook something like that and perhaps I caused the warping with something I did. Meanwhile I just purchased the car less than 4 mos ago. Toyota dealership said this is a long time worth of damage. I will never purchase another vehicle from them or do any type of service either. Worst experience. More

Salesman did not write in agreements what we talked about. I’ve had to drive up there 5 times over an hour away from my home to get my vehicle serviced per agreement and they could NOT service my vehic about. Kenny Ross Ford in Adamsburg PA doesn't deserve one star. My experience with this dealership, general manager, sales manager, and internet sales person was one of the worst and most unprofessional experience My experience with this dealership, general manager, sales manager, and internet sales person was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Last weekend on May 2nd, 2021 I messaged the internet salesperson regarding a truck that their website and well the Ford website identified as in stock. I received a text from Cody G. who messaged me Monday morning regarding the truck. I texted him the window sticker and his response "Yeah I have that truck in Stock" I said "Great I drove there last night and couldn't find it on the lot I want to see it" Cody G's response, Yea I think we just got this bad boy in recently so it very well may have been getting cleaned up in our body shop whenever you checked on it last night" When do you think you will be able to stop in and check it out? We're here until 8 pm tonight through Thursday" My response was that I was in class and could get there as soon as I was done and That I had already applied to my credit union to speed up the process. I then asked, "is the truck at the Adamsburg location?" Cody's answer "Correct" my response was Be "be there at 3:40" Cody then responded "Awesome! We're looking forward to having you here" I then messaged " 3mins" and then "I'm here" I believe communication is essential in any business transaction. This is where things go awry! I asked around and found Cody at a back-row desk, I introduced myself and after an awkwardly long handshake, Cody directed me to the sales office as he left me and walked into the office with the Ford Sales manager Paul and the General manager (name unknown never introduced himself) I stood there looking through the glass. It was several minutes and I could see and sense some confusion in the office. there were now several folks in there fumbling around some cabinet (assuming looking for keys) Because my time is very valuable I don't like standing around. I am self-employed and standing around waiting on others is very irritating to me. I make my living as a businessperson and standing around is wasting my valuable time. I proceeded to walk to the office door and said "are you getting ready to tell me the truck isn't here" The general manager stood up and said it's here we just need to find it. It was starting to rain and he stood up and walked out the back door with a couple of salespeople to look for the vehicle. The sales manager Paul (I was told his name) stayed back in the office looking on the computer. Several long minutes passed and a salesperson #2 (that I wasn't working with) came in the door and said "jack I have some bad news" I stopped him and asked " are you the poor SOB that drew the short straw to come and tell me?' his answer was "Well yes I did draw the short straw" (Remember this guy for the future) I walked over to the office and informed paul that the truck was there. he said " that truck is here," I asked Salesperson #2 where the general manager was and he said "Sitting in his car." I asked Paul where Cody was and he said "Cody is hiding upstairs he is afraid of you" To find out the truck was never at the dealership, I was told it was grabbed by another location before it ever arrived. was that the truth?? Unknown. I walked into the office with the Ford Sales manager Paul, he was looking on the computer to see where the truck was. Truthfully nobody there knew anything. half were hiding to avoid having to face a customer that they waisted now 3 hours of their time. I travel 40 mins there and 40 back, I left class early and postponed a work meeting to make the visit work. To make things worse Paul, PROMISED me that he would locate or order a truck. he also stated that he would take $5000 of the price to accommodate my waste of time. He looked me directly in the eye and lied and has had 6 days to contact me to make this right. Salesperson #2 re-surfaced and found two similar trucks but he said "There are over 100 miles away," Paul said "That doesn't matter" So 6 days later, no call, no truck... nothing. I cannot speak for others but I will never recommend Kenny Ross Ford to any friend, family member, follower, or customer. Actually, I will highly advise against ever going there. These folks created me like a fool, they didn't have the professional ability to face me and they intentionally hid from me to avoid having to face me. The worst most unprofessional experience ever. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Our nightmare started off innocently enough. We stopped on Thursday to look at a vehicle for my wife. We decided to make the deal Saturday, called, said we'd be th started off innocently enough. We stopped on Thursday to look at a vehicle for my wife. We decided to make the deal Saturday, called, said we'd be there in 10-15 minutes to make the deal. Salesman gives us keys tells us to take a last test drive to make sure. Wife absolutely falls in love with it. We get back, start working on the trade in, finalize numbers, 20 minutes into that process, salesman comes back and says sorry, someone just bought hat car. Turns out someone who came in AFTER us was given the car while we were finalizing our deal. At that point it went south in a hurry. Our salesman tried to locate the same vehicle elsewhere to do a trade with no success while apologizing several times (he was not the problem). I asked to see the sales manager, who may be the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Someone leading a team of customer service folks should have at least minimal customer service skills themselves. Instead of profusely apologizing and asking what he can do to keep our business, he chose to open with yeah, stuff like that happens, attitude seemed like he couldn't care less, didn't offer any resolution...pretty much told us tough crap. When I asked again how someone who came in after we started working on the deal ended up with the car we were buying and why he didn't offer any other resolution, he says "There was nothing out there you want". Free lesson, maybe if you weren't such a jerk with a horrible attitude and made an offer to step up and right your dealership wrong without me having to ask you to...you know, do your freaking job....we probably would have been able to make a deal. Don't worry though, we went to another dealer and drove home in a new car that night and will make sure I share my experience on every online platform I can so nobody has to deal with you and your horrific attitude you seem to think is good customer service again.
