TLDR: Go anywhere but Kenny Ross Ford in Adamsburg to car shop. I had been searching for a vehicle for a while and finally found one that matched my requirements. I made the journey to Kenny Ross deal car shop. I had been searching for a vehicle for a while and finally found one that matched my requirements. I made the journey to Kenny Ross dealership in Adamsburg, which took over an hour. I had a trade-in offer and pre-approved financing, so I wanted to test drive the car, have it inspected by an independent mechanic, and then finalize the purchase. Dan, the salesperson seemed inexperienced and made a comment about lawyers being the only people hated more than car salespeople. He asked about my job as a lawyer, and I mentioned that it had its ups and downs like any other job to which he replied that Kenny Ross "really sucks" sometimes but there are good days too. After some pressure from the sales manager to apply for financing, I agreed and expressed interest in a lower rate but insisted on having the car evaluated by an independent mechanic who we always consult before making vehicle purchases. This didn't sit well with the sales manager, as it meant the sale wouldn't close that Saturday. He offered to let me take the car for a test drive, but I was hesitant because I needed to schedule an appointment with the mechanic which I explained might take a few days. I repeatedly assured them that if the car checked out mechanically, I intended to buy it and the sales manager repeatedly told me that I should take the car. On Monday, the salesperson contacted me to ask if I liked the car. I confirmed that I did but informed him that I was still waiting for the mechanic to confirm our appointment. I texted the salesperson on Tuesday to let him know that the appointment was set for Wednesday afternoon. After the evaluation, the mechanic informed me that there was an expensive repair needed, estimated at $2000-$2500. He also recommended getting four new tires before winter and listed other minor issues, about which I wasn't overly concerned. I shared this information with the salesperson via text, and his immediate response was that I needed to return the car that day. Due to my work and family commitments, I informed the salesperson that I couldn't return the car until the following morning. I also asked if they could handle the expensive repair and tire replacement, but he said he would have to check with his manager. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that his manager denied both the repair and replacement tires, and I had to return the car that day because they had another buyer en route from out of state. I reiterated that I couldn't return the car immediately and expressed my confusion over the change in their stance, as I was under the impression that we were negotiating for me to purchase the vehicle. The sales manager then spoke with me, stating that his drivers would come to exchange my car for the dealership's vehicle which didn't happen after I said that I was prepared to buy the car as soon as I finalized the loan, assuming that the dealership would make the repairs and replace the tires. The next day, I went to return the car, but the salesperson wasn't there despite having made an appointment with me. Rich Crumlish approached me, and I expressed my dissatisfaction, feeling disrespected and undermined by the sales staff. They did not negotiate with me in good faith and were unscrupulous including those from the rank-and-file salesperson to the management. This experience reaffirmed why women dislike going to car dealerships. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I will never do business with Kenny Ross in the future. More
If you want to buy a car from an honest, respectable dealer, DONT BUY FROM KENNY ROSS. Especially the one in Adamsburg. They are the shadiest liars I’ve ever dealt with. I went to buy a car and test dro dealer, DONT BUY FROM KENNY ROSS. Especially the one in Adamsburg. They are the shadiest liars I’ve ever dealt with. I went to buy a car and test drove it and when the peddle shuttered a little the salesperson tried to tell me it was probably bad gas. Yeah, ok and against my better judgement I bought the car because I was in a pinch and I believe they took advantage of that. Just to come to find out a month later the car I bought just went through a class action lawsuit over the transmission control. Then the guy in the maintenance dept told me they had no idea about it. How could they not? That makes no sense. Shady dealership strongly recommend going elsewhere More

Went Into Kenny Ross Ford and got a used car that had some paint chips and a broken taillight. Salesman and sales manager Rob told me the parts were ordered and they would replace and touch up paint at n some paint chips and a broken taillight. Salesman and sales manager Rob told me the parts were ordered and they would replace and touch up paint at no charge to me. Here I am over a month later and a lot of calls to dealership. No call backs and now feel they are dodging all contact with me. The only good part of the experience was the friendliness of the salesman Donnie. All this dealership is worried about is making the sale and not standing behind their product or word. If you are looking to buy from a dealership that stands behind their product and word. Then I would go some where else. NOT KENNY ROSS!!!! More
