I purchased a 2017 Ford F150 from Kenny Ross Ford and from day one I was always kept informed of suggested services. The Service Manager, Dick, is always professional, attentive to the needs of the cust from day one I was always kept informed of suggested services. The Service Manager, Dick, is always professional, attentive to the needs of the customer and the truck, and always provides excellent customer service. He provides a timeline, and my truck is always ready when promise. Because of Dick, I keep returning to Kenny Ross Ford. Recently, I was out of town and needed immediate service. I contacted Dick and he advise me not to chance it and to go to the nearest Ford dealer. I trust Dick 100% with everything and it has always been a great experience.
