They work hard, but I felt that I knew the vehicles better than they did. A salesman that was working with another customer seemed pretty cocky when his customer wasn't around, but others in the showr better than they did. He's nowhere near as smart as he was acting and was much more concerned about making a sale than doing right by the customer. That was unprofessional and off-putting to others in the showroom. Krista Hartman worked hard and was pleasant to deal with. The arrogant male salesman should follow her lead. This is coming from a very professional and knowledgeable male customer. More

Very nice people. Professional and courteous .Service dept. tried their best to fix many electrical problems from factory. They found and fixed many gremlins. The steering has been looked at and nothing can be found .The dealership is not at fault for a ford screw-up .Ford needs to step up their game before I will buy another Ford. More
