I have been to other local Ford dealerships in my area for service on my fleet vehicle ... service was horrible and I started going to Goodyear. Then I recently found Kenny Ross Ford -- WOW EXCELLENT SER for service on my fleet vehicle ... service was horrible and I started going to Goodyear. Then I recently found Kenny Ross Ford -- WOW EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Unmatched professionalism, communication as my car was being worked on was outstanding. Megan in the Collision department is a ROCKSTAR and was a true partner as my car was being worked on. Ed in the Collision department was equally as great as was Jessica in the service department who so graciously worked with Megan to be sure my oil change and tire rotation was completed prior to me picking up my vehicle. Megan, Ed, and Jessica deserve all recognition for over-the-top service standard -- something difficult to find in today's service industry. Service wins business and certainly repeat, dedicated, customers. Job well done!! More
