When I purchased the car in Dec of 2018 I also purchased an interior protection plan good for 72 months. I am trying to get service on the plan. I asked at service desk and was referred to Shannon who tol an interior protection plan good for 72 months. I am trying to get service on the plan. I asked at service desk and was referred to Shannon who told me company out of business. I purchased this from Kenny Ross in good faith. Shannon told me that Norm had to handle this issue. I contacted Nirm and was told not him but Greg is the person that would need to handle this matter. I am feeling like a ping pong ball. Can someone please t call me to discuss this matter. If interior cannot be taken care of then trade me for undercoating of the vehicle or give me half back in what I paid for this protection. DO SOMETHING!!! Don’t just toss me to a different person. I was called with an hour of submitting this review. This is to be resolved next week. Therefore not resolved as of yet. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Kept my care all day and nothing done. Bought cars for over 15 years and to be treated the way I was is unacceptable. They sale you a car and when it comes to service, they forget about you. I always took my car to Keny Ross for everything. I went another Ford garage and my service was done immediately. I will never buy another car from this dealership nor will my husband. They never answer their phones or call you back. I am done with them. More
