They are terrific it didn’t take long to get it in and once they had the truck I took it in on Tuesday and it was done Friday morning . Well I purchased a used f150 that was blue oval certified 139 point check over and drove it a week noticed the back up camera was foggy so I was taking it back to have them fix that and while I was driving i 139 point check over and drove it a week noticed the back up camera was foggy so I was taking it back to have them fix that and while I was driving it down the road I would let off the gas pedal and noticed a very bad vibration coming from the truck so I had to take the mechanic for a test drive and have him hear it not good he said . They hav had it in the shop for three weeks now I called the second week to find out what was going no and to find out what was the matter with my truck that was blue oval certified to find out that the are waiting on the insurance company to order parts. No three weeks into this I get a call that says the insurance company is going to pay for the parts and the are on order so we shall see how long this is going to take . As you may tell I am NOT VERY impressed with Blue Oval certification At All oh and I have to pay a 100 dollar deductible on top !!!! For a blue Oval Certification . So if you buy one of these Blue Oval Certified vehicles make sure you make them fix it before the deadline runs out !!!! Oh and by the way make sure there’s a spare tire under the truck because I am told that it doesn’t have to be there to sale the vehicle!!! More
