Honestly, if you wanted to correct this you should have honored the agreed upon price that I made with the used car manager! After I refused the Purchase Order because of the $4,500 Service Contract added to it. I had a totally different sales guy then the one I dealt with in person call me. I explained the situation to him about your Bait & Switch tactics and I was still in the market but would even think of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership like the one he works for. After that conversation you think I would have gotten a call from someone higher up! But, no I did not. So, now that I have exposed you and your dealership publicly about your Bait & Switch tactics you want to try and correct it. This is why I don't waste my time sitting in dealership trying to haggle. I was in the area on business and figured I would check out the vehicle that I saw online. I spoke with both the sales guy and the used car manager that I was either going to pay cash for the vehicle or put a large amount of money down and do a loan with my credit union. Asked for their best out the door price and it was provided. I agreed to make the purchase for that price. Here is what you need to know. I only purchase from honest people. I asked for a best and final quote from you Used Car Manager and he provided it. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I was at my Credit Union approved for a loan in which I was putting over $30K down and Kenny Ross Ford couldn't provide me with a Purchase Order that matches what I agreed to pay. I don't need the the vehicle, but you sure do need to sell them. So, the moral is if your honest your will probably sell more vehicles! I honestly feel sorry for your sales team!
