This was all made possible because the Service Department Manager, Greg Kuzyck, who believes that the Ford Customer is valued, comes first and should be treated with respect. I reported troubles the same day I picked my vehicle up from the service department. Very poor response from service staff regarding the trouble with steering rack they replaced. The service is always top rate. Dick always takes good care of my car. Not happy about being charges a 3% surcharge of using a credit card.
