Another outstanding experience with the Kenny Ross Service Department. A 40,000 mile check for my Mach E took 1 phone call to schedule, one text message to re-schedule (my fault), and I was able to br Service Department. My experience was good as always. I was greeted at the door with a smile from Mark and an offer to get me coffee. He kept me informed of the progress the service people were making.
