Surprisingly great experience I know the owners of several Ford dealers personally, but my wife and I went to Kenny Ross Ford South to look at a used vehicle. There was no pressure throughout the process, which is a rarity. We were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone we dealt with at the dealership.
