That's part of the WOW factor I think people need to have for a positive experience. So we drove the truck I had my eye on. Went in and negotiated on a great deal. Then, again the WOW factor showed up in forms of the used car managers Chris,Chuck and big Bill. These guys are sincere. I really was expecting something different. My wife and I are truly impressed with everything that happened on Saturday. John, your a real salesman. You sold yourself and the dealership to me and my wife and we are very thankful for getting you. Even the general manager came over several times just to see how we were doing.
