Ryan Kiffer provided excellent customer satisfaction in product knowledge, friendliness, professionalism. Chuck (Manager/Supervisor) personally made time to also inspect the car. He authorized their body shop to provide cosmetic touch up on a slightly scratched front corner at No Charge. A body shop person crawled on the ground, inspecting the entire car; underneath and around the outside. Ryan continued his terrific personal touch and honestly wrote down the details of the purchase. Jed (finance) walked us through the numbers of the purchase, answering all our questions. Jed shopped around and found a lower interest rate. He also carefully explained the excellent service packages and hand-crafted a detailed package for us, providing great protection for the car while saving us yet more money! The entire crew is so friendly and professional that we brought in a pizza and shared it with everybody! Ryan even invited our dog to come on in for the pizza party! Our dog loved everyone! They said, "we made a math error" and pulled the deal. Unbelievable! Kenny Ross wasted our time and will lose any current and future business from this multi decade loyal Ford family. Dowd13 On July 11 th we took our explorer to be serviced. Diagnostic test shows a leak in water pump. We're told pump had to be ordered, service was declined On July 11 th we took our explorer to be serviced. Diagnostic test shows a leak in water pump. We're told pump had to be ordered, service was declined at that time. We were charged 160.00 for the testing. Although the pump itself is under warranty. Several messages were left for Kevin but never returned. Moving forward rescheduled to have water pump fixed on the 25 th of July. Only to be told they couldn't take our word that it was the water pump. Took it back in on July 25 th just to be told is was the water pump and the part had to be ordered.... Ihad to call on August 5th was told that the part JUSTarrived today... Shocking!' when I explained that I was upset over having to bring my car back on the 25 th of July because they couldn't take my word that it was the water pump and now having to bring it back for the third time. I asked for compensation for the mix up. Kevin Anderson said and I quote "what more do you want it's free. It seems to me you're making a big deal out of this. You're trying to EXTORT me to get something free!" Never in my life have I been spoken to like that. Maybe somebody needs to teach Kevin some customer service skills. Then he proceeded to tell me to take my car somewhere else. Asked me why I didn't take my cat back to where I bought it! I told him because it's far and we were advised not to drive the car. So I took Kevin's advice and am taking my car somewhere else! More

Trying to exchange cars because of letter My dad and I were trying to buy brand new Taurus because Kenny Ross send us letter where you can buy brand new Taurus at same monthly payment as your My dad and I were trying to buy brand new Taurus because Kenny Ross send us letter where you can buy brand new Taurus at same monthly payment as your old Taurus. They lied to us because brand new car cost over 100$ more in monthly payments than my old Taurus. Salesman joe keep saying that they can give us best deal and waste my time. I don't like when dealer waste my time, he should have said from beginning after we show him letter yes I have chance to buy brand new car or no I don't have chance to buy brand new car. I left with my old Taurus. I will never return to Kenny Ross dealer. Kenny Ross dealer shouldn't send any more letters because they are all lies. Honestly and trust is most important thing in retail business. More

I always thought the people there were nice, if you have a problem, get the management team at Kenny Ross Ford South involved. I bought a $70k Ford truck that I am very happy with. The problem now is the dealers total lack of follow up/customer service. I contacted the sales person 2.5 weeks ago to get a clarification on something we discussed several times while looking at the truck. He said that he wasn't positive so he would have to check on it and get back to me. Two weeks later I was unable to reach him by phone so I sent him a email asking for the info. After several days of no answer I went on the dealer website and using their "contact us" page , I sent a note to mgr Dave asking him to call me. I got a robo call from the Internet Sales guy thanking me for visiting the site, and if you give me info on what model you are looking for, I wold be happy to assist you". So next I tried calling again, no mgr to talk to, so I left a short voice mail for mgr chuck, identifying myself, stating that I had an issue with a truck I bought there and asking for a call from him. Within 6 hours I receive an email from the sales person stating that I "misunderstood him" when I interpreted his "yes, it will have it" which was stated multiple times and once in front of a sales mgr, as an actual yes. The kicker here is that this dealer loves to bombard your email account with , thanks for visiting, thanks for purchasing and , here are some great deals for servicing your new ______, . The vehicle I purchased was a new f350 , these emails consistently refer to my vehicle as a f250. More
