My sales person was Steve, who I found to be kind and easy to work with. I was given the time and space to consider my options when needed. In meeting with Wendy, the financial consultant, I felt respected when I was not inclined toward warranty options. I like my car and would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. More
Never buy preowned cars. I bought preowned certified ford fusion2017 on July 25th, having a piece of mind for at least a year from bumper to bumper protection plan. I have scheduled a first oil change on December 29th, 2017. When I took the car they found all rear Brake Pads and Rotors are all worn out. I talked about the warranty but the service guy never listen to me about the warranty. Customer Service I brought my suv in for service, Paula Mooney was my service tech. She has no people skills at all and she advised me that my truck would need additional service however she offered no other explanation. She always made me feel that I was bothering her and wanted the conversation to be over quickly with no questions. My exhaust system is now in need of repair and it was fine when I initially brought my truck in. My truck was in need of parts for an oil leak. I have an extended warranty which covered the service. I spoke to her Supervisor who advised that my exhaust system was rusted when I just bought the vehicle and there was no rust. This was a bad customer experience that I would not wish on anyone and I will not be recommending your services in the future. Thank you More

The number one thing that I normally hate about dealerships is that the salesmen tend to size you up the second they see that you are young and/or a w The number one thing that I normally hate about dealerships is that the salesmen tend to size you up the second they see that you are young and/or a woman and assume you know nothing about cars. Ryan didn't do that at all. He was super friendly from the moment my fiance and I walked through the door. He took the time to go over the type of car we wanted, our must-have features and our budget. He was very respectful of all of those things and helped us to find the perfect car. We even stated at the beginning that we did not plan on purchasing that day and that did not change Ryan's attitude at all. He was still very positive and helpful and that was what made us come back a week later to finish the deal. Sure, it was great test driving two Ford Edges to see the difference between the V6 and the 2.0 EcoBoost and hearing about the hundreds of great features, but his personality and genuineness is what really made us come back. Ryan makes you feel like you have been lifelong friends instead of him just being your salesman trying to make a sale. He has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth. He will even remember details about conversations you had previously. For only spending 3 hours with him during the first visit a week prior and him being able to recall details about us that were just casually mentioned is rather impressive! He also actually knows a lot about the product that he sells which sometimes is a rare find in any sales industry these days. Even after we left the dealership after our original visit, he followed up during the week to see if he could answer anymore questions or help in anyway. I would highly recommend working with Ryan if you are ever in the area looking for a Ford! More
