The manager made sure I was picked up at the airport so I could actually buy the car I wanted. Great and helpful staff. Typical response like a bully who places blame instead of accepting responsibility. I can see you and your company accepts zero responsibility for the belligerent and antagonistic treatment of a dissatisfied customer who complained about the poor customer service on my vehicle. I will not tolerate his false accusations that I "Threatened Him: when I simply stated my right to Free Speech when I stated I would utilize social media to voice my complaint. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT TOWARD CUSTOMERS WHO COMPLAIN!
