My service manager, Ms. Kayla Rockey, is by far the best service adviser that I have ever worked with. Over my career, I have had company vehicles from all of the major dome Kayla Rockey, is by far the best service adviser that I have ever worked with. Over my career, I have had company vehicles from all of the major domestic car manufactures, including GM, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ford. By far, Ms. Rockey has been the epitome of what a professional adviser should be for the client, keeping them up to speed on the process and anticipated timelines of the mechanics in the shop, making suggestions, answering questions, and most importantly, keeping the client advised throughout the process. I would certainly use her as a mentor / coach for new aspiring advisers. Kenny Ross Ford South is lucky to have her on staff. More

I have stated before the service department is amazing. This time they got me in with one day notice, and I needed my car back by 230 for work the day. They made it happen.
