Waited two hours in the service department only to be told I needed a new tire. Two hours!!! Went down the road and was patched and on my way in five minutes. I want commend the Collision Department and Dan Francus, collision department manager for their outstanding customer service. The collision technicians do excellent work and Gavin and Grace in the office pr collision department manager for their outstanding customer service. These are an empathetic group of employees who care about the stress that comes with being involved in a car accident. Paula Mooney's service department and all the service writers are also excellent to work with. We had the annual service work done to our Bronco on the same day that the Collision Department did the body work on our car. More
