Initially, my visit didn't start off as planned. My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise fro My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise from the engine compartment. I choose to have it towed back to the dealership to be looked at again. It was diagnosed as having a bad flywheel. This is unfortunate because the engine on this car was replaced about 3 years ago and I put about 40,000 miles on it since then. Fortunately, the service manager was helpful in taking care of the problem and discounting the service for all of the inconvenience that was experienced. Plus included a rental vehicle. I received the car last Friday and all is well so far. More
I had some transmission issues that I had to have addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and ren addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and rental car logistics. Keagan was very responsive and professional with all of my (many) questions and concerns regarding the service of my vehicle and warranty. I especially liked the ability to text him back and forth as I am not always able to be on the phone and it makes our conversations easier to remember. It makes the dealer service much easier when you have the ability to easily communicate with the dealer, especially if you have a responsive person like Keagan on the other end. More
