I had an appointment to have a 20k-mile service done on my Explorer (the works $79.95 special). They did this but then they also did some additional work without asking me (cabin air filter replacement) my Explorer (the works $79.95 special). They did this but then they also did some additional work without asking me (cabin air filter replacement). This ended up costing me an extra $100 or so. I’m not happy about this. More
