Initially, my visit didn't start off as planned. My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise fro My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise from the engine compartment. I choose to have it towed back to the dealership to be looked at again. It was diagnosed as having a bad flywheel. This is unfortunate because the engine on this car was replaced about 3 years ago and I put about 40,000 miles on it since then. Fortunately, the service manager was helpful in taking care of the problem and discounting the service for all of the inconvenience that was experienced. Plus included a rental vehicle. I received the car last Friday and all is well so far. More

Dropped my car off for an oil change. Came back to my driver's side mirror broken and hanging from the housing and the housing was cracked. They had no answers for me as to how it happene Came back to my driver's side mirror broken and hanging from the housing and the housing was cracked. They had no answers for me as to how it happened. But I was well taken care of at this point. Parts were ordered to be replaced at their expense. The parts arrived quickly and they squeezed me in to fix it ASAP. More
