I have stated before the service department is amazing. This time they got me in with one day notice, and I needed my car back by 230 for work the day. They made it happen. I had some transmission issues that I had to have addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and ren addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and rental car logistics. Keagan was very responsive and professional with all of my (many) questions and concerns regarding the service of my vehicle and warranty. I especially liked the ability to text him back and forth as I am not always able to be on the phone and it makes our conversations easier to remember. It makes the dealer service much easier when you have the ability to easily communicate with the dealer, especially if you have a responsive person like Keagan on the other end. More
