to start with I think this dealership is very understaffed. As for the issue with my car I feel that was diagnosed wrong. when the car wouldn't start we called the three A's and after some tests understaffed. As for the issue with my car I feel that was diagnosed wrong. when the car wouldn't start we called the three A's and after some tests they said that there was a fuse that was blown, but the battery was okay. We took it to your shop and your people said it was the battery which you replace. the next day we were up in Brownsville Road when it refused to start after a doctors appointment. That was a 98° day and weighted in the sun for two hours before the three A's could come. After running some tests on the vehicle, it started. the three A's guy said he thinks it was a fuse related issue. We were driving it home and a block from our house it stopped right in the middle of an busy intersection. Three police cars arrived and one of them knew how to get it out of gear so could be pushed out of the way. Again the three A's came and towed to your shop. we stressed the importance of it being a fuse issue of which your your folks did find 2 fuses and replaced them. in the intervening two days it was in your shop I checked it out on the Internet. Ford knew about the fuse starting problem and redesigned it. The article also suggested if the fuse was replaced we should check to see if the new one is bread plastic instead of yellow. We are in our 80s and unable to do that, so we are wondering if the redesigned red fuse was used, or another yellow one put in. So right now we are driving with a 50-50 chance of that happening again. More
