I cant say enough about how happy my husband and I are with the our recent experience with Kenny Ross in Somerset. My husband and I had just finished a horrendous ordeal with a car dealership in WV prior to our communications with Jon Kiser at the Kenny Ross dealership. Needless to say, we were very wary in our searc with a car dealership in WV prior to our communications with Jon Kiser at the Kenny Ross dealership. Needless to say, we were very wary in our search for another vehicle. Jon Kiser took the time to answer my almost paranoid questions about the vehicles he had in stock, he worked with us to negotiate a good price on a very low mileage vehicle, and even in the color we wanted. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Kenny Ross dealership. They offer a 7 day or 200 mile return policy, an extra year coverage beyond the factory warranty, and a lifetime powertrain warranty which is ALL included in the purchase price. I cannot imagine dealing with anyone else, even though I live almost 140 miles away! They have lifetime customers in us and our family. More

I found the vehicle that I was looking for on the Kenny Ross website. I submitted my price quote over the internet. He gave me the out the door price and I was on my way to pick up my new Traverse. I have purchased new cars before but none of the purchases were this easy. Jon is professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. I also met General Manager Doug Rea. Doug is the person that agreed to my price on the vehicle. He went out of his way to make this buying experience a pleasurable one. Everybody that I dealt with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Kenny Ross and salesman Jon Kiser.
