The customer service was great. When I made my appointment, we had a poor connection and when Ken said Tuesday at 10 am i figured it was the next day. I received a confirming E Mail When I made my appointment, we had a poor connection and when Ken said Tuesday at 10 am i figured it was the next day. I received a confirming E Mail but was guilty of not checking the date. I was a week early however Ken had a cancellation later in the day and was able to service my auto at that time saving me an extra trip. More
