Quick service I took my 2018 Camry in for 10,000 mile oil change and inspection. My appt was set six months ago but it didn’t show up in their schedule when I arriv I took my 2018 Camry in for 10,000 mile oil change and inspection. My appt was set six months ago but it didn’t show up in their schedule when I arrived. They were gracious about that and got me in and I was grateful since I travelled from another city to be there. I was in and out within 30 minutes. However next morning I had serious oil leak in my garage. I called and they had me to take to local Toyota dealership where they found the plug had just not been tightened properly. Kenny Kent offered to reimburse the dealer for any costs incurred. (There were none). I’m satisfied with my service at Kenny Kent and feel this incident is no reflection on their part. Simple human error. They have quality service and I’ll be back! More

My husband and I were first greeted by Kellan on the first day we started our in store vehicle search. From minute one we could tell that Kellan was different from previous sales associates that we have dealt with. He never made us feel pressured to make any kind of decision but instead offered us his expertise throughout our search. We test drove a few vehicles at 2 separate times and he was always ready for us and very patient. I communicated with Kellan throughout my 2 week vehicle search and felt confident enough to even finalize my decision on my own (without my husband). This was a big deal for me since it is sometimes hard to juggle around work schedules to get the deal done. I was able to come into the dealership on a few different occasions at my convenience to get a few things completed when my time allowed it. This made the day of purchase so much smoother and I spent half the time there that day than I ever imagined. Russell is very knowledgeable and operates a seamless financial process. His expertise is also top notch and I appreciate him and his no fuss, no bull closing process. Overall, this experience I had was more than worth a 5 star review to show Kenny Kent and their staff just how much I appreciate them. It's not often I feel like I was treated the way I expect to be from start to finish. I hope I continue to feel this way going forward with my future visits for maintenance and other vehicle needs. Doesn't sell genuine Toyota Extended Warranty Bought a beautiful 2018 RAV4 here. My salesman was nice and helpful. No problem so far. But when I got to the third and final part of the deal I found Bought a beautiful 2018 RAV4 here. My salesman was nice and helpful. No problem so far. But when I got to the third and final part of the deal I found out from the Finance Manager that since Kenny Kent is now owned by the Berkhire/Hathaway group (Warren Buffet) they are NOT ALLOWED to sell the actual Toyota Factory Extra Care Platinum Zero Deductible Warranty (that is HIGHLY RATED). Instead they have to push the MPP third party plan (owned by an Insurance company that Berkshire/Hathaway owns). This junk IS NOT highly rated! And it's MORE EXPENSIVE. Somehow the Finance guy still managed to sell me this loser of a plan by dangling some Toyota financing at almost HALF the interest rate of the financing they first offered me! After I got home and checked out MPP online I immediately started the process of CANCELLING the plan for a full refund. I did get the refund but I had to jump through a few hoops. Bottom line is I won't be buying anymore Toyota vehicles from KennyKent so long as they are barred from selling the genuine Toyota Extended warranties. More
