Impoper repairs and poor service After spending thousands on my 2015 Silverado this past year to maintain the upkeep and service intervals, Kenny Kent has ruined my vehicle. In November a Diagnosis of a "possible" torque converter malfunction resulted in a 2600 dollar repair. After this repair, the truck developed a shake, and the torque converter is not performing correctly and can be felt lugging in various speeds and gears. Kenny Kent has "looked" at this problem about 5 different times with multiple days of keeping my vehicle and costing me THOUSANDS in business interuptions from work due to scheduling conflicts when a one day investigation turns into having my truck for 5 days on multiple occasions. The shake/vibration that has developed since replacement of the torque converter is "within specs" according to a Machine test. I drive my truck daily and know it better than anyone, and have told them that this shake is not normal and it is affecting the performance. Due to a "spec" result that they feel is "sufficient" I have been refused the request to have a factory engineer come help with the investigation by General Motors and Kenny Kent. Since I have purchased this truck it has been back for recall after recall, and this lack of care and concern or udder lack of Respect with the problem that was created by the repair they performed I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and will certainly NEVER purchase here again. Overall poor customer service, and complete lack of professionalism. When onsite this week, and asking for help with this matter to be resolved, I was told by their service advisor maybe I should get a lawyer if was not happy or take it to a family member that is a mechanic to fix it..
