Again I apologize for your inconvenience. It so happens that the truck in question did not sell at auction. We brought the truck back and it was sold retail for $19995 (before it arrived back to the dealership). That's why Paul advised you that it was sold. Since the vehicle was available on the day that you arrived you could have left a deposit on it to secure it until you were able to bring in your additional trade in. Unfortunately putting a value on a trade in that we have not seen is like buying a pair of shoes before you try them on. I am sure that you would expect to drive a vehicle before you buy it. That's how trade ins work for us as well. I do see where you advised Paul on 5/31 that you had found another truck at another dealership. Therefore we did not attempt to find you another one. If at this time, you would like to bring in your additional trade in for a value we will be happy to set that up. At that poiint, we can investigate your options, with you.
