When our decision was made he initiated the purchase process efficiently. When the time came we were ‘handed off’ to Anthony Manacio who handled the financials and add-ons of the transaction expertly as would be expected of a professional manager. Preparation of the vehicle for delivery needed an extra day’s time to complete and a loaner vehicle for us to drive home. The person that took charge of this was Andrew Metcalf. Andrew kept us informed about the work being done and the expected time of completion. When our new Rav-4 was ready for delivery his efforts stood tall. There were no flaws, no mysteries, no unanswered questions and the vehicle looked great. Then, as in the beginning, and throughout, there was Hayden ready to make the delivery and explain all of the technical workings that we had questions about. This is a team that produced a good car buying experience that resulted in satisfied customers. More
