Communication is lacking. I waited over a month for a car to hit the lot. I rushed up within 2.5 half days to check it out. Drove all the way to the lot to find out that it had sold while I was on my way, wh to hit the lot. I rushed up within 2.5 half days to check it out. Drove all the way to the lot to find out that it had sold while I was on my way, which was a 2+ hour drive. I didn’t find out until I walked in. I had let the salesperson know that I had been working with that I was on my way. No communication. Granted the salesperson eased the inconvenience by topping my tank off. But a simple phone call would not have ruined the Kendall buying experience. I work in sales. The customer service and communication are in need of work. Ruined my wanting to do a purchase. Walked away empty handed. More
