Extremely expensive: I was charged $97 for just changing oil. In the last few months, changing oil to my Toyota Corolla has gone from $56 to $61 to $71 to $97. Honestly the treatment was good , but the common sense of the mechanics is questionable, I went with a bump in my tired that is potentially dangerous which was In the part back of the car , and now is in th the mechanics is questionable, I went with a bump in my tired that is potentially dangerous which was In the part back of the car , and now is in the front and they put more air in it , that is not safe cause that tire can burst at any time and on top of it they wanted to charge me $257 for a new tires that came with that car that is a lease which is a manufactured problem not caused by me . It is irresponsible to send out a client with this issue to the streets that can potentially put my life at risk if something happens while driving since that tire can burst at any moment they should at least change it for the replacement tire that comes with the car till I was able to afford a new tire More

This review is for the service department. My experience with the service department has been very frustrating. I brought my car in for service, picked it up same day after service - back in 2 days later a with the service department has been very frustrating. I brought my car in for service, picked it up same day after service - back in 2 days later as the problem was not fixed. They have now had my car 4 days with no messages, no return of calls, no one will answer the phone, nothing. I am beyond frustrated with being transferred to numbers no one answers, or being told someone will get back to me and no one ever does. Beware of this service department. More
