He listened to our needs in a specific type of vehicle and showed us the ones on the lot which qualified along these lines, one of which turned out to be a perfect fit. Oliver has a great working knowledge of cars, along with a very warm and open personality. It's no wonder he's a top salesman. Great experience with Jerry. We were out jested looking and testing several cars. One of the cars was not a Toyota but Jerry took the time to walk us over to the other car lot we were interested in testing and testing several cars. We were having a problem with getting the car finance and he asked us to talk to one of their guys and they were able to set-up with a loan. The whole experience was great. 2nd Car we have purchased from Kendall (1st was from Honda dealership). We wanted a Camry this time around, went to the Toyota dealership and dealt with a guy that wouldn't listen to what I was asking f Honda dealership). We wanted a Camry this time around, went to the Toyota dealership and dealt with a guy that wouldn't listen to what I was asking for and tried talking to me like I was an idiot. We called Terry Luce, who we bought our Honda from and asked him to sell us the Camry. I would not deal with any other sales person. He treated us with respect and it genuinly felt like he cared. I think he has been just as excited about our new cars as we have. I would not deal with anyone else. Kendall has a valuable asset in Terry Luce. Every other car sales person, both new and used, I have dealt with could take lessons from him. Needlessto say If I was rating this on the other sales person, all scores would have been a 1 or 2.
