I enjoyed the straightforward approach to the sales. Our sales representative was completely informed about the various models available, and he was respectful of our preferences and needs. Ray was great to work with. He was friendly,upfront,honest, truthful and professional. Craig was great to work with but, Jack was rude and condescending (yelling at crag in front of my wife and I) we left and then returned to try again. We were planning on buying on black fri. to get the discounts but after looking over the price quotes jack was shorting us $500 on the discounts. It's not alot but I felt I just could'nt trust Jack. I just feel Craig was working for us and jack against us. My wife was very upset and it was a bad experiance. I have several friends that work in the service dept. and still would like to buy a new vehicle from kendall. Armondo and Tom R. were great help and great fun too. I never felt stressed out and they made everything fun and easy. Took my Tundra in because I was getting aviubration from brake pedal when turning right off freeway and slowing down, brake pedal and steering wheel shook real bad. and they told me that was normal it's jus brake pedal when turning right off freeway and slowing down, brake pedal and steering wheel shook real bad. and they told me that was normal it's just the anti lock breaks and anti skid kicking in. They put it on their computer and said it shows my truck has no error codes so eeverything is okay. The problem was because I put new tires (which they said were bigger) and helper springs witch are atcualy air bags, only used for hauling heavy loads. My new tires are exact same size as their stock tires just a more agressive tread to drive in snow. They tried to sell me sway bar to fix problem. Took to their rival dealer service department and they got no error codes when they put on their computer, but they went farther in trying to find the problem. Found a bad wheel bearing and warped rotar. Replaced bearing and they turned all the rotars and it runs great now. Went back to Kendall and asked them why they couldn't find this problem and service guy didn't seem to care. Just took down what other dealer did and said he would pass it on to service tech. Didn't care that they wasted 2 of my days. pat in Oregon More
I have been going here since I bought my Corolla and have nothing but good comments to make. Yesterday I was in and was greeted by the very nice gentleman who I haven't seen before. His name is Joseph and he nothing but good comments to make. Yesterday I was in and was greeted by the very nice gentleman who I haven't seen before. His name is Joseph and he is very, very personable and very likeable - we like him! Where do you find these people because they are great! As always, we enjoy working with the wonderful Mel who is always insightful and informs me of all my options - which I greatly appreciate. Especially for me, being a girl, Mel is very understanding of where I'm coming from and explains things to where I can easily understand. From all my past experiences and my recent one, I have never encounter a bad one. I enjoy every visit and I look forward to continuing my visits with you guys, and I look forward to seeing Mel and Joseph! More
31jul2012. I live in Roseburg and drove to Eugene to look at the Kia Rio. I did not care for it and randomly drove to your used car center. The salesman (I believe was Benjamin?) met me in the lot and we loo at the Kia Rio. I did not care for it and randomly drove to your used car center. The salesman (I believe was Benjamin?) met me in the lot and we looked around at sedans. I have never had a Toyota and knew nothing about the Avalon. We wanted my wife Margaret to have a newer safe car and I really liked the model we chose (2005 Avalon). I said I would call if we were interested further. I called Tony Bowling and said we would return for her to see it on 01aug2012. Her only criteria was heated seats! She sat in it and saw all the features and was sold on it. I feel we could have negotiated a better price but the overall service was very good and the whole experience had us driving off the lot with the 2005 Toyota Avalon. On the way back to Roseburg the average gas mileage was a concern but as we kept going the mileage increased. It did not get over 25mpg, however, we could see a longer distance would keep improving. Margaret commented that we need to start wearing clothes that suited this beautiful car!! We have Clint Newell Toyota 1 mile from our house and we never made it to their lot. Of course we would recommend your dealership. More
