I purchased a Toyota Certified Camry today from Kendall Toyota Eugene. My sales associate, Tom Mikkelsen was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall a great salesperson. Tom asked me the right qualifying questions to narrow the search. Tom listened and then responded by narrowing the search to three cars that would meet my needs. When I made my selection the entire staff at Kendall Toyota helped to make the buying experience fun and quick. This is the way used cars should be sold! I recently went to Kendall Toyota to look at trading in my 2008 Prius for a newer model. I loved the features of the car, but was ready for something new. I wasn't wanting to spend a whole lot or lose any my 2008 Prius for a newer model. I loved the features of the car, but was ready for something new. I wasn't wanting to spend a whole lot or lose any of the great features my car had, but I was able to find something that perfectly met my needs with the help of Elliott Deering and his manager, Keith Hershberger. They found a Prius for me that was newer, had low miles, was clean, and very well taken care of while having every single feature I was looking for. It's even Toyota Certified, so I have peace of mind knowing that I'll be well taken care of if anything ever went wrong with the vehicle. Elliott was very up-front and answered all my questions without hesitation. He helped make sure this really was the new car for me. After a very quick and painless discussion about financing and filling out a little bit of paperwork, I was on the road with a practically new 2010 Prius! The guys at Kendall all really seem to have their act together and are incredibly professional and helpful. There was no pressure, no rush, and everyone involved was very kind. I have only bought from a dealership once before this, and I can say without a doubt that this was MUCH more pleasant, headache-free, and I will not shop for a vehicle anywhere else while I live in this area. I love coming to Kendall Toyota of Eugene because of how friendly and informative their staff members are, especially my all time favorite, Mel Jones. I never have a problem making an appointment or dropping in for a service, I feel that they do great work so that I don't have to worry about anything, and everything is thoroughly explained so I understand what is going on. I like Kendall so much that I drive all the way from Albany to Eugene for all my car needs - that's how much I like them! More

My 2012 Tacoma TRD Off-Road has a tow package, a three leaf rear suspension, and a problem... When I went to tow a tent trailer, the back end sagged, bottomed out, and began to squeak while unloaded. I did what reasonable person would do with a new $35K truck under full warranty, I complained. My complaints fell on deaf ears. My service adviser at Kendall Toyota of Eugene, OR must be new to Toyota, because he looked me in the eye and said, "No, the Tacoma's went from a two leaf rear to a three leaf rear." He went on to say that there may be, "some atmospheric effect on leaf springs that cause them to squeak under the right conditions." He added that I, "Should buy aftermarket airbags for the rear," and that Toyota, "Also recommended that I buy aftermarket airbags for the rear." Leaf springs have been around since Roman chariot times. Everyone knows they sag/squeak, and that this is fixable, so fix it! Toyota Customer Service was to no avail. According to Kendall, Toyota's Customer Service said my 2012 is, "fully updated," and has all of the corrected parts that '05-11' owners begged for (what with three whole springs, Teflon contact points, etc...) AND YET... My $35K MASTERPIECE sounds like I'm dragging a chain down the road w/28K mi. Thank you, Kendall, and Toyota Customer Service. My accountant said I should turn this truck into a heavy duty ASAP because of my filing status. I thought it would be a Tundra, but now I'm not so sure I'll stick with the brand. More

I went into the dealership to just look, told them what I was looking for and they found me a great car. I was led thru the process with kindness and caring. Never pushed to buy. They showed me the best plac was looking for and they found me a great car. I was led thru the process with kindness and caring. Never pushed to buy. They showed me the best place to finance what I could not pay down and made the process as painless as possible. They did not treat me as some dealers do, as a stupid woman who knew nothing about cars. This company and its agents know that word of mouth is the best advertising and they do what is expected to get good advertising. I could not be more pleased. More
I decided to get a new Toyota. I went to the Kendall page, did my application on line, called and talked to Brett Lambert about what kind of car I wanted and price range. Brett found my car for me. I live out of town so I was not able to get into the dealership right away but that was not a problem. When I got to the dealership, Brett had the car and the paper work all completed. He showed me the car and how everything worked on it. Brett was very helpful as this was the first car I had bought on my own in 24 years. Brett was professional but also showed that he really cared about me being happy with my new car. Josh the financial person, was also extremely helpful, professional and caring. I really appreciated that it took very little of my time to get such a great car. I am very happy with my new car. Thank you Brett and Josh. More
