Now for the third time I have been asked to come look at a vehicle at Kendall,and two of the times I arrived and no vehicles I came too look at were available , and never was told anything tell I arrived at a vehicle at Kendall,and two of the times I arrived and no vehicles I came too look at were available , and never was told anything tell I arrived at the dealership. Today I came too look at a 4Runner that I had been communicating with Kayleb for a week about this vehicle . He asked if I could come look at it, and I said yes. Assuming the vehicle was ready too be purchased.When I arrived he had no idea where the vehicle was, and when he finally found it the vehicle was not detailed and he couldn’t find the key. The week prior he had told me it was going in too be detailed. I said well this is a waste of my time, and yet again go to buy a vehicle, and was shown nothing, but a extreme act of un-professionalism, and massive lack of respect considering my schedule, and was treated like it was a oh well stuff happens situation. Very disappointed yet again . More
Customer service did not respond, unable to help, and unwilling to followup for long-term solutions. I understand inventory is down, but the option to order from the factory was suggested by competitors unwilling to followup for long-term solutions. Had a battery recall. They scheduled me for 2 - 4 hours to check the battery. I questioned this as I live 20 miles out of town and can't just leave the vehicle. They said they needed that long. Called L to check the battery. I questioned this as I live 20 miles out of town and can't just leave the vehicle. They said they needed that long. Called Lithia Toyota in Springfield and they told me no appointment needed, just come in and it will take less than 15 minutes. Took the car to Lithia and was out in under 15 minutes, didn't have to get out of the car and got a full report of the status of my car's extended warranty without asking (something Kendell never seemed to give me). It is Lithia for me from now on! 4 hours! Really. Too bad they don't schedule for their customers convenience instead of theirs. More
In general, I think Kendall is the best dealer network in town. I have purchased four vehicles from them in the last 10 years or so. So, I was pretty surprised when I sent an inquiry about a car. I got an impersonal email saying the car was available but no follow up after that. . In general, I recommend Kendall, but I don't think I will be referring anyone to the Toyota lot. More
I can’t believe this dealership has any good reviews. First time I took my Toyota in they fixed two things I didn’t ask them to fix but not the problem I was addressing. I asked them if they could fix a rattle I was hearing they responded they drove it around the block and didn’t hear it. The second time they serviced it for the rattle they said they put a small crack in the windshield. The crack looked like a Boulder hit it. A huge Boulder. Car was almost not driveable. They gave me an estimate of over 1200 to fix it. I said you broke it you need to fix it. They responded it was an accident not their responsibility. I took it to a glass shop they gave me an estimate of a little over 300. I took this to the Kendal Toyota on goodpasture after much frustration they agreed to write a check for the 300 to cover the damage they caused. I live a mile from these Kendal dealerships I go across town to lithia. Worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Unbelievable More
Service Department. I bought 4 new tires and did not put in the plastic bags and tossed in the back got headliner dirty scratches both sides of the interior and did not even put the valve stem covers back in the plastic bags and tossed in the back got headliner dirty scratches both sides of the interior and did not even put the valve stem covers back on had to do it myself thank you Kendall for doing a SUBSTANDARD job! Not the kendall that ive come to know over the past 3 yrs and bought 2 new vehicles from. If this is how Im going to be treated Ill take my business elsewhere. I had a scheduled appointment today to bring my 2018 Toyota truck in for a recall item replacement. The appointment was originally set up by Service Consultant Justin Bowser on November 18th. A follow up email confirmation was sent which was much appreciated. He met me at the service center this morning at 9 am and the attitude, service and attention I received was fantastic!! He called to advise me of the completed service and to my complete surprise, it was done well before I ever expected. He was professional and courteous in his interaction with me and I was extremely pleased with him and my Kendall experience. He is a great representative for your company. Thank you Justin and Kendall Toyota!! More
Super Service: We are on the road getting a bulb replaced when the oil cap was found to be missing! They cleaned as much of the mess as possible. Not having a cap in stock, they sent a guy across town to get when the oil cap was found to be missing! They cleaned as much of the mess as possible.
