I started looking for a Toyota Camry Hybrid four months prior to this sale. I knew what I wanted (and didn't want) in a new xxx. The car arrived Dec 15 and I drove it home Dec 17. Lonisa even found a local tire dealer willing to give me a good trade-in price for the factory tires I wanted changed out. I have purchased many new automobiles over the years and have dealt with dealerships throughout the country--even abroad, and I can say without hesitation--they are the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am an exacting individual that imposes high standards on myself as well as those with whom I choose to have dealings with. Kendall Toyota/Scion will not disappoint. Heed my advice--if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or need to have your vehicle serviced, then you owe it to yourself to give them the opportunity to serve you. The staff at Kendall Toyota made my experience of buying a Camry the best I have ever had. Jessica was our sales representative and she was wonderful to work with, I still feel like she was working for us t a Camry the best I have ever had. She was informative, friendly and not at all pushy. I did some online research this time so I basically new what features I wanted,what my car was worth and what I wanted the bottom line to be. What I did not know was which vehicle would fit the best for me. Jessica showed me all the vehicles I was interested in and explained the different features and we test drove them, she could have tried to influence my choice, but she just stood back and let me compare. My husband and I have purchase a number of vehicles over the years and I personally have always dreaded the whole test drive, negotiation, purchase process. Kendall's staff actually made it a nice process, still slow, but very pleasant. I really do appreciate all the help I received from Kendall's staff when researching vehicles, and how helpful everyone was to work with from Josh Schooley of Kendall Client Care Center to Jack of Kendall finance. I will definitely keep you in mind when we need to buy another vehicle and I will mention how nice the experience was to friends when they are in the market for new vehicles. More
