2nd Car we have purchased from Kendall (1st was from Honda dealership). We wanted a Camry this time around, went to the Toyota dealership and dealt with a guy that wouldn't listen to what I was asking f Honda dealership). We wanted a Camry this time around, went to the Toyota dealership and dealt with a guy that wouldn't listen to what I was asking for and tried talking to me like I was an idiot. We called Terry Luce, who we bought our Honda from and asked him to sell us the Camry. I would not deal with any other sales person. He treated us with respect and it genuinly felt like he cared. I think he has been just as excited about our new cars as we have. I would not deal with anyone else. Kendall has a valuable asset in Terry Luce. Every other car sales person, both new and used, I have dealt with could take lessons from him. Needlessto say If I was rating this on the other sales person, all scores would have been a 1 or 2. More

I went in for routine oil service, during which an unexpected need for repairs was detected. The repair needed was explained well by WAyne, as well as the estimated cost. Before I even got home, but was still in the dealership shuttle, he called with new info about what the repair person had found, in order to get my OK to proceed with additional work, which I OK'd. Although unlikely Wayne also checked to see if my battery was still under warranty, which would have saved money but ultimately was not the case. In the end, they were able to get the work accomplished, and it actually turned out to be at significantly less cost than the estimate, so I was a happy camper. I had brought the car in just before 10, and it was ready by 2, which also surprised and pleased me. Overall, my experience at this dealership over the last ten years has been outstanding. Before living in this area, I would avoid getting service at dealerships at all costs, but Kendall has always provided great service at very competetive and reasonable cost and I have recommended them to others. This was my first dealing with Wayne, and I was very satisfied with his customer service. More

I decided to try the online buying service Kendall offered. Carolyne with the online program was very helpful, providing links and info about cars I was interested in and assistence in determining wha offered. When I requested additional info, Tony who was associated with the dealership provided me with a list of options that the dealership had from the original sale of the vehicle I wanted when new in 2007. From start to finish I had traded my vehicle and was heading home with my new used truck in an hour and a half. I would recommend Kendall, especially their online buying service to anyone looking for a low stress and surprisingly pleasurable car buying experience. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
